Are you looking for easy, delicious and impressive dishes for Thanksgiving? Not to worry, we have been in the test kitchen working to put together a Thanksgiving one-stop menu!

I also just finished my Brining a Turkey- It’s So Easy! blog. The turkey turned out so moist and flavorful, if you are able to do this the day before Thanksgiving, I HIGHLY recommend you brine your turkey.

Yummy! All of these recipes look easy and so good!

  • Brine for turkey is simmering early this AM. I will set the turkey in the brine before I go to work today. It will brine for 24 hours then in the oven tomorrow. This recipe is from my sister-in-law’s website http://www.hopelesshousewife.com/. It should be good as it has apple juice and less salt than most brine recipes. — at RealtorCandi.com at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.
