  • Brine for turkey is simmering early this AM. I will set the turkey in the brine before I go to work today. It will brine for 24 hours then in the oven tomorrow. This recipe is from my sister-in-law’s website It should be good as it has apple juice and less salt than most brine recipes. — at at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.
