Raspberry Martini

  • 4 Raspberries
  • 1 1/2 ounces Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Chambord or Raspberry liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

  1. raspberry for garnishRun a lemon wedge around the edge of a martini glass and dip in superfine sugar. Chill a sugar-rimmed glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Muddle the 4 raspberries and add to the simple syrup and lemon juice (freshly squeezed is definitely the best!).
  3. Pour raspberry mixture into an ice-filled shaker with the vodka and Chambord (or raspberry liqueur). Shake well for at least 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into the chilled glass and garnish with a raspberry. Delicious!
