Pear Tree Cocktail

  1. Make Rosemary Simple Syrup. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and water. Add rosemary stem. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is totally dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Make cocktail. In a cocktail shaker add ice, vodka, rosemary syrup, lemon juice, and pear nectar. Shake until very cold and strain into a martini glass or pour over ice. Garnish with stem of rosemary.and serve.
