Maple Apple Glazed Pork Chops

Maple Apple Glazed Pork Chops


  • 2 10-ounce bone-in pork rib chops
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • oil for searing
  • For maple apple glaze:
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar


  1. Season chops with salt and pepper. Place chops in a shallow dish and our balsamic vinaigrette over chops. Place in refrigerator an marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in cast iron or heavy skillet. Sear all sides of chop then turn the heat down to medium and cook until opaque throughout, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. While chops are cooking, place all ingredients for glaze in small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and serve with with pork chops.
