Glee’s Sherry Chicken

My mother made this for us quite often throughout my childhood, so the smell through the house when these are cooking takes me way back!

Glee’s Sherry Chicken


  • 4 split chicken breasts with bone/skin on
  • Johnny’s Seasoned Salt for Chicken
  • Bristol Cream Sherry


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Sprinkle Johnny’s Seasoned Salt on chicken
  3. Roast at 425 degrees for 15 mins, then lower the heat to 350 degrees and cook for 45 min, basting with ample amount of Bristol Cream Sherry throughout baking time. The sherry and chicken juices will combine and thicken to make a delicious sauce to spoon over sliced chicken.
  4. Serve with Danish (Acorn) squash.
