Glee’s Red Snapper

  • Glee’s Red Snapper


    • 4 Red Snapper fillets, as white as possible
    • 2 Tbsp Johnny's Seasoned Seafood Salt
    • Fresh dill
    • 6 green onions sliced
    • 1 cup flour
    • Lemon
    • Olive oil
    • Butter


    1. Put flour in a gallon plastic sack with Johnny's Seasoned Seafood and shake to mix
    2. Rinse fish and shake off water
    3. Drop into sack of flour and shake
    4. heat large frying pan with olive oil and a Tbsp butter
    5. Fry fish for 3 mins on each side til crispy then add sliced green onions and 2 sprigs of dill and cook for 1 minute more.
