“Gina’s Homemade” Grilled Tuscan Ribs

To say that these ribs are the best ribs on the planet is an understatement. They are juicy and flavorful– yet simple as can be with  NO SAUCE! Gina Buskirk, of “Gina’s Homemade” has the most incredible line of cheeses and biscotti sold at Whole Foods and gourmet markets. Enjoy, and thank you Gina for you incredible recipe!!


“Gina’s Homemade” Grilled Tuscan Ribs

“Gina’s Homemade” Grilled Tuscan Ribs


  • 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
  • 8-12 stalks fresh rosemary
  • Tuscan seasoning blend (We used Tuscan Villa from Urban Accents)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Sea Salt
  • 4 lemons
  • Cooking spray


  1. Heat grill to low/medium low, leave middle burner off if you have multiple burners.
  2. Wash rib racks and pat dry. Spray meaty side of ribs with grilling spray.
  3. Season meaty side with salt, garlic powder, cracked black pepper, then the Tuscan seasoning very generously (the seasoning should almost completely coat the meaty side- don't be afraid to coat them well!).
  4. Remove rosemary sprigs from the stalks and press into meat of the ribs, use as much rosemary as you can fit on the meaty side of rib.
  5. Place ribs meaty side (and rosemary-side) down, and close lid to grill. Grill 30 minutes each side (rosemary can fall into grill and catch fire so take a peek every 10 minutes or so to make sure there is no smoke!). Remove ribs from grill and transfer to cutting board.
  6. Cut ribs into single-rib slices with cleaver. Squeeze a generous amount of lemon on the ribs and serve!
