Double Cranberry and Orange Sauce with Grand Marnier

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, cranberry juice, sugar, orange juice and Grand Marnier and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and cook for about 15-20 minutes longer, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  2. Remove from the heat; stir in the orange zest. Transfer to a small bowl; refrigerate until cooled and thickened.
