Crispy Pork Chops

Be prepared to make these often, because once you taste them, you will want more, more, more!! They are crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside and truly delicious—my husband requests these every time my mother visits.

Yield: Serves 4

Crispy Pork Chops


  • 8 THIN pork chops- you can ask a butcher to cut these thinly if you’d like (1/4-1/2 inch at the most- the thinner the better)
  • Johnny's seasoned salt for pork
  • flour
  • Vegetable oil


  1. In a plastic sack 1- 1/2cups Flour and 1 1/2 tablespoons Johnny's seasoned salt for pork
  2. Rinse pork and shake excess water off
  3. Put 4 pork chops in to sack and shake
  4. Remove and put last 4 pork chops in to sack and shake
  5. Put the other 4 floured pork chops back into sack and shake and put aside
  6. Heat oil in large frying pan and put chops into hot oil - fry quickly until crisp Serve with apple sauce, and vegetables of your choice!
