Cobweb Nacho Bites Halloween Food | The Hopeless Housewife

These are great to make for your ghouls, big and small. They can be eaten in two bites and are so easy to make! This is part of my fun Haunted Mansion Graveyard Halloween Party Table which was just featured on Hostess with the Mostess!

Cobweb Nacho Bites

Cobweb Nacho Bites

  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • ½ cups romaine lettuce, finely shredded
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the flour tortillas using a 4 ½ inch round cutter, warm them slightly (5 seconds) to soften in the microwave, then brush with olive oil, and gently press into a muffin tin.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. For assembly, layer the shredded cheese on the bottom, then add the refried beans, shredded lettuce, and guacamole. To add the cobweb effect, pipe the sour cream on the top of the guacamole- starting with a small circle in the middle, and moving out to two other larger circles like a target. Next add lines pulling out from the center and there is your cobweb design!
