Peppermint Bark Moose Munch | The Hopeless Housewife

Uh oh…this could be addictive. It’s another one of my late-night concoctions and it doesn’t disappoint– this festive bowl of Christmas fun was a big hit in my house. And seriously simple. The popcorn is coated with Peppermint Bark then drizzled with chocolate and then sprinkled with crushed candy canes. SO simple.

I think we may just leave some of this Peppermint Bark “Moose Munch” out for Santa this year…

I made this recipe last night and used peppermint oil. It was too much peppermint. Did you use oil or extract when you made it?

It is 1 1/2 teaspoons extract or 1/4 tsp oil. Ziplist recipes recently were converted to Easy Recipe and it looks like that line because it had two ingredients/measurements may not have updated properly? It is updated and I am so sorry for any inconvenience!
